Observation Composition at SMC Sculpture Yard

A composition made in collaboration with members of ICRN through acts of observation and collaboration. Instructed by a series of cards — such as 'conductor', 'listener' and 'observer' — each participant embodied different roles that suggested how they might interact with their surroundings and one another, coming together as an improvised composition (or performance) that unfolded in the Sculpture Yard of the Contemporary Art Centre.

The recording is the unedited outcome of this session, led as an experimental workshop by sound artist Michael Holland during the Erasmus+ RadioRadioRadio Gathering in Vilnius, Lithuania.
