What Data We Collect

Website visitors. This website is hosted by Hostinger. When you visit, Hostinger's servers automatically record standard access log data including your IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages visited. This data is used solely to maintain the security and performance of the site. See Hostinger's privacy policy for details of their data practices.

Newsletter subscribers. If you sign up for our newsletter, your email address is stored and processed by MailerLite, an email marketing platform based in Vilnius, Lithuania. We use your address solely to send you ICRN updates. MailerLite may also record whether you open emails or click links, in aggregate, to help us understand engagement. Enquiries. If you contact us by email, we retain your message and contact details in order to respond.

We do not use tracking cookies or analytics services on this website.

Legal Basis for Processing

Legitimate interests — server log data retained by Hostinger for security and infrastructure purposes.
Consent — newsletter subscriptions are based on your explicit opt-in. You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing.
Contract / pre-contractual steps — where processing is necessary to respond to a request or manage membership.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Server log data is retained according to Hostinger's standard policies. Newsletter subscriber data is held until you unsubscribe. Email correspondence is kept for as long as necessary to resolve the matter and meet any legal obligations.

Third-Party Processors

We work with the following sub-processors:

Hostinger International Ltd — website hosting. Servers are located within the EU/EEA. Hostinger is GDPR compliant and provides a data processing agreement.

MailerLite UAB — newsletter delivery. Based in Vilnius, Lithuania (EU). MailerLite is GDPR compliant and provides a data processing agreement.

We do not sell your data or share it with any other third parties for commercial purposes.
